Return & Refund

At YM Mart Pakistan, customer satisfaction is important to us.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is defective upon arrival

Return requests must be made within 3–7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Opened grooming or hygiene products (such as trimmers)
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Clearance or sale items

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team
  2. Share order details and product images/videos
  3. Wait for approval instructions

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Store credit
  • Exchange product

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Exchange Policy

If available, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
  • Customers may bear return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
